D&S Hospitality was formed in early 2023.
Derry & Sallyanne Clarke have a combined 75 years’ experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
​
After closing their very successful Michelin starred restaurant in 2021 after 32 years, they decided to continue down a different path in the industry using their skills and expertise to consult and deliver bespoke hospitality packages.
